General Conditions of Sale of Floral Formula

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all sales of products made via the Formule Florale website, accessible at [ formuleflorale.ca ]. By placing an order on this site, the customer acknowledges having read these GTC and having accepted them in full.

1. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the website. Formule Florale takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of these products to best satisfy the customer's needs. However, it is possible that errors may appear on the website, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.

2. Orders

The information provided by the customer when placing the order is binding on the customer: in the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.

3. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the residential address of the customer, any other natural person of their choice or a legal entity. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes.

4. Price

The prices of our products are indicated in Canadian dollars excluding taxes and delivery charges.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The customer may pay by credit card or any other method offered on the website.

6. Return and Refund Policy

  • Opened or Used Products : In accordance with our commitment to quality and hygiene, Formule Florale cannot accept the return or exchange of opened or used products.

  • Products Arrived Broken or Defective : If a product arrives broken or defective, the customer must contact Formule Florale customer service within 7 days of receipt to report the damage. After verification and approval by our service, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method, or a replacement product will be sent at no additional cost to the customer.

7. Liability

Formule Florale cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications.

9. Modification of the T&Cs

Formule Florale reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The new T&Cs will only apply to sales made after the modification.
